Individualized Rehab

Our St. George chiropractors work to restore your body’s natural movement to get you back to things you love. We don’t just treat your injury. We help train your body and create resilience to minimize the risk of re-injury and keep you active.

Our Approach to Individualized Rehab

During initial care, exercises are given based on your diagnoses to speed up your body’s natural healing process. Once the pain reduces, we provide exercises to correct any movement problems and ensure you stay pain free.

We utilize Functional Movement Screens (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to rebuild a solid base after injury. These screens allow for us to see how well you move and find the root cause of your pain. Movement screens are crucial to identify movement deficiencies and to get you moving pain free. Dr. Trevor is the only St. George chiropractor certified in FMS and SFMA.

Benefits of Our Rehab

  • Promotes self-efficacy and teaches you how to prevent injuries
  • Identifies weak movement patterns
  • Assess your natural gait and movement
  • Diagnoses painful movement

Your Visit With US

We start every visit with a comprehensive movement based assessment to identify any critical contributors to your pain. We combine muscle release techniques with chiropractic adjustments to help relax tight muscles and allow your body to move and feel better. Then, most patients are brought to our rehab area. We teach you how to extend your session’s benefits at home through stretches and exercises based on your needs and goals.
